The fawns did amazingly well on the ride over in the trailer- As you can see, they are laying down and some are nibbling on deer brush!

Fawn #151, relaxing amid the deer brush!

We were so happy that the fawns were so calm.  At this age, we still have to worry about 'Capture Myopathy,' therefore there was some concern, but the fawns handled the ride to the release site perfectly!

Pictured right, our fawns slowly began to explore their new space as the day drew to a close. The fawn fundraiser was a great success, thank you to all who attended and donated!
